Changes to Terms.
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. In addition, your use of this Website after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.
Your Delivery: Please note, all orders are shipped from the US. Customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. Charges may vary based on the contents of the order. International customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information on current import regulations.
Standard delivery is available over the Christmas period, but please note that US Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days. Customers are advised to check the estimated delivery day displayed at the checkout for updated delivery times.

Your order may be delivered by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or by a US courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by USPS so the parcel will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card should be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Larger orders will be delivered by courier who will attempt to deliver the goods three times or leave with a neighbor. They will also leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange receipt of the goods. A signature is required for larger deliveries but not for the smaller USPS deliveries.
Canada Shipping and Handling Costs
It usually takes about 1 business day for us to process your order. As soon as we’ve verified all of your information your order will be shipped via USPS International First.
Arrival time is usually 6-8 days. Remote locations in Canada usually require an additional 1-3 business days for delivery. As custom clearance times may vary, some orders may take up to a total of 20 business days for delivery.
All orders are charged in U.S dollars. Conversion rates will vary depending upon your bank and credit card company. Please contact our bank with questions regarding conversions and fees.
We have made every effort to the colors of our products that appear on the website display as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are US sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax and shipping charges. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added where applicable. Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible.
We continually update our online store. From time to time our retail stores may run special local promotions (which may not be available on our Website) or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in the retail stores. Some website promotions may not be available to customers in particular jurisdictions.
Returns or Exchanges
You have 14 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from Online Tumbler Store Your package must not be post marked any later than 14 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS.
It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Online Tumbler Store. Online Tumbler Store shall send your exchanged item(s) back at no charge, one-time (domestic only). Subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Online Tumbler Store will send you your exchanged item(s) upon receiving your package within 24 hours. If the item you are looking to have exchanged for is out of stock, we shall notify you by email or phone as to the availability of the item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- The Item(s) have been worn or washed
- The item(s) have been altered
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
- The item(s) were a final sale item
Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:
- Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt - we cannot exchange or refund without
- Please write in detail which items you want exchanged
- Contact our support team for RMA and address for return.
Upon receiving your return, Online Tumbler Store will processes your return within 48 hours from receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
A restocking fee of $5.00 per package is applied for all returned packages.

Online Tumbler Store may send you promotions or newsletters via email. You can always choose not to receive e-mail from Online Tumbler Store by contacting us firstname.lastname@example.org . If you do not wish to receive any promotional emails, we will gladly remove you from our email list.
