  1. What company is used to ship orders?

Orders within the US are shipped via USPS.  

Orders to Canada are shipped via Canada Post.

Orders to the UK are shipped via Royal Mail. 

Orders to Germany and Australia are shipped via DHL.

European countries excluding the UK and Germany are shipped via Post NL.  

Once we ship your order, we’ll email you the tracking number.  Packages can then be tracked at:

  1. How long does delivery take? 

US: Your order should be delivered within 4 to 7 business days following order confirmation.

CANADA: Your order should be delivered within 6 to 8 business days following order confirmation. 

Europe: Shipping can take between 7 and 10 business days. 

Australia: Shipping can take between 10 and 15 business days. 

Note: We generally ship from our California warehouses if expedited shipping option is selected.  Occasionally, we ship orders from our warehouse overseas as well which can potentially lead to delays in your order.

US: Free shipping within the US, unless you pay for Priority or Expedited shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Simply go to (US orders),  (Canada Orders) (UK orders) or to track your package.  Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is updated.

We are required by law to collect sales or other applicable taxes, based on the order’s shipping address. Online Tumbler Store follows state guidelines for determining taxes.  The tax amount displayed during the checkout process is an estimate and is labeled accordingly.
